David is the Sales and Operations Associate with the Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR. He joined the Group as the Operations Associate in 2005.  In this role, he performed market research and assisted Bill with the $55 million transaction volume for deals handled by the Group.  David also maintained the accuracy of more than 80 active property listings in which the Group had been retained to perform extensive marketing services.

In 2008 David advanced his role with the Group and actively procured sale and lease transactions with volume in excess of $1 million.  He provides the highest level of service to each client through focus, efficiency and commitment to yield the best results.  He uses his knowledge and resources to exceed client expectations and provide results specific to each individual.

David is a native of the Greater Harrisburg Area and uses his extensive knowledge of the local market to assist clients.  He continually performs market research and stays current with industry news and trends. His goal is to make the sure the Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR stays at the forefront of the commercial real estate market.
