Brooks Property Holdings, LLC sold the 24,000 SF warehouse located at 1039 S. 13th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104 to Indigo Foods USA, LLC. The buyer plans to use the warehouse for growth of operations – a large distribution company serving ethnic retail stores and restaurants throughout the northern United States.
The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction.
