Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company sold a 84,874+/- SF office building located at 3607 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA to 3607 Derry Street, LLC.
The Buyer will be converting the building into residential apartments.
The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction.
