Central Dauphin School District Purchases Office Building to Expand Kindergarten Program
Harrisburg, PA — The Executive Park Drive building, a 33,705 square-foot office, was previously owned by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Council 13, a union representing public-sector workers. The union decided to sell the property after consolidating operations in another Harrisburg-area facility.
The purchase price for the Executive Park Drive building is $2.1 million, and the district plans to convert the space into a 15-classroom kindergarten center.
